Refund & Cancellation Policy

Customer understands, acknowledges, and agrees that this Refund & Cancellation Policy is part of the agreement with Lead U Need, which governs the access and use of the Services (as defined below) provided by Lead U Need, a brand owned and operated by [Your Legal Entity Name, if applicable], having its principal place of business located at [Business Address, City, State, India]. By opening an account or otherwise using the Services, the Customer affirms consent to these Terms. If the Customer is acting on behalf of a business or third party, they represent and warrant that they have the necessary authority to agree to these policies on their behalf.

At Lead U Need, we are committed to delivering high-quality lead generation and marketing solutions. This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines the terms under which cancellations are accepted and refunds are processed.


Cancellation Policy

Lead U Need may suspend or terminate an account at its sole discretion under circumstances including but not limited to:

  1. If the Customer or their authorized users breach any material term of this policy or our Terms of Service and do not rectify the issue within ten (10) days of written notice.

  2. If the Customer enters insolvency, bankruptcy, or other debt-related legal proceedings not resolved within fifteen (15) days.

  3. If the Customer violates any third-party advertising platform’s terms, or if any platform requests in writing that we cease providing services to the Customer.

Upon cancellation or termination of services, the Customer and their users will no longer have access to the Lead U Need platform or services.

We reserve the right to review, reject, or remove any content submitted to the platform if it is found in violation of our terms. In case of service termination, the Customer may be eligible for a pro-rated refund of any unused ad spend, but not for services already rendered or ads that have already been launched.


Refund Policy

If a Customer decides to cancel services or terminate their account:

  1. Services will be discontinued, and account access will be revoked.

  2. Customers will receive a refund only for any remaining unspent ad budget.

  3. No refunds will be provided for service charges, setup fees, or platform fees once the campaign/ad has been executed or services have been utilized.
